"Derate" (on list): as far as I know, this means remove part or all of the rates from a business/ property (under the former rates system). It´s consequently very unusual. On the other hand, these words should be on the´list: "abolish" (avskaffa): "The rates system has been abolished" "Discard": "Most of the data were discarded as unreliable" "Scrap": "The plans for a new school have been scrapped."
